Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in traffic control and safety training is preferred.
• 8 years supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage crews and equipment across remote branches to meet customer needs.
• Oversee branch production, budget and financials, safety and compliance.
• Develop schedules, coordinate with estimating and accounting teams.
• Maintain reporting of production and weekly revenue forecasts.
• Travel as needed and lead by example in safety and ethics.
