Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Branch Manager II in Miami, FL to lead branch operations, sales support, budgeting and strategic planning. The role focuses on monitoring sales force activities, optimizing operations, and ensuring financial performance.

This position requires a robust background in management, forecasting, and performance reviews, with travel as needed and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in forecasting, monitoring and motivating sales force required.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports and monitors the sales force efforts, including customer contacts, estimating, sales calls, etc.
• Supports and monitors operations activities of the branch through routine operations meetings and inventory management.
• Supports and monitors administrative activities including collections and disputes.
• Budgeting and forecasting future business trends, branch volume and profit; cash flow analysis.
• Conducts employee reviews and handles personnel matters including recruiting, counseling, and discipline.
