The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in sales, warehouse, and inventory, plus strong leadership and coaching skills. You will partner with HR and corporate to align local staffing with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strong management experience in sales, warehouse or inventory.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, training and leading a branch or showroom sales team.
