Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor in Florida to lead a high performing team handling product flow through receiving, picking, and shipping.

You will coach and train associates, manage daily workload plans, and ensure safety and compliance across the branch. As a key member of the leadership team, you will monitor KPI performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with cross functional partners to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience supervising or directing teams.
• Experience developing a safety culture and coaching associates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high performing team handling product flow through receiving, picking, and shipping.
• Coach and train associates and manage daily workload plans.
• Maintain safety standards and lead safety discussions; address safety concerns.
• Monitor inventory flow and adjust assignments to meet demand and KPIs.
• As Manager-on-Duty, lead opening/closing procedures and branch operations.
• Communicate with cross functional teams and support associate relations.
