Qualifications

• Experience as an operations manager in fire and life safety.
• Ability to lead a branch team spanning engineering, project execution and service.
• Strong communication across leadership, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and project management for the division.
• Supervise and develop branch staff including designers and technicians.
• Ensure scheduling, execution, billing and completion of install, service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop budgets and hit revenue and gross margin targets.
• Collaborate with sales to grow branch profitability.
• Oversee asset management and cash collections.
