Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years sales and customer service experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to pass Regulation CC and related exams.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver Six Diamond Experience customer service.
• Develop sales referrals and expand client relationships.
• Balance branch cash, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train associates in banking procedures and product offerings.
• Oversee branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
