You will supervise branch staff, ensure policy compliance, and lead outbound prospecting and referrals to grow customer relationships while maintaining secure, efficient operations. This role supports the Branch Manager in daily activities and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years sales and customer service experience in a banking environment with account opening responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years supervisor experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and meet banking sales and lending goals.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash and vault cash accurately and maintain neat workstations.
• Lead branch staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Meet sales and referral objectives and expand client relationships.
• Open new accounts and service existing business customers.
