Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years: Previous experience as a Personal Banker or relevant position.
• 1 year: Previous experience in a leadership/coaching role.
• 1 year: Previous outside sales experience in a financial institution (preferred).
• 1 year: Prior banking branch operations experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operational functions of a branch location, including staff, security, audits, compliance, facilities, and procedures.
• Ensure operating procedures are consistently followed and updated with product/service changes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff on sales and operational performance, problems, and adjustments.
• Ensure staff training and cross-training across functions.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, career development, and disciplinary actions as needed.
