Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years: Personal Banker or relevant position.
• 1 year: leadership/coaching experience.
• Preferred: outside sales in financial services and branch ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational functions of a branch, including staff, security, audits, compliance and facilities.
• Ensure procedures are followed and staff are trained and cross-trained.
• Coach staff on sales and performance expectations; set goals and provide development.
• Hire, monitor performance, and conduct reviews; support merit increases.
• Generate new business and meet sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee consumer loans and act as Retail Lending Specialist in market area as needed.
• Promote Customer Solutions Center and other delivery channels; serve as back-up for Personal Banker duties.
• Refer and sell appropriate products to meet customer needs and bank goals.
