Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a Sr. BIM Coordinator for MC Division to lead advanced BIM coordination across complex multidisciplinary projects, providing technical guidance and enforcing BIM standards.

You will direct model setup and collaboration workflows, create clash-detection reports, lead coordination meetings, troubleshoot BIM issues, and train teams to improve consistency and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design technology, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience with advanced Revit and model coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM execution requirements and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for complex projects, directing model setup and collaboration workflows.
• Create clash-detection reports, lead model-coordination meetings, and track issue resolution across disciplines.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools; escalate as needed.
• Coach project teams on BIM standards and workflows to improve consistency and execution.
• Represent BIM coordination in project strategy and client meetings; communicate risks and actions.
