Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a BIM Coordinator MC to support project delivery through Building Information Modeling. The role involves model setup, maintenance, coordination, and ensuring BIM standards across disciplines to keep information accurate and coordinated.

You'll work with design teams, manage clash detection, support meetings, and troubleshoot Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in design technology, architecture, engineering, or equivalent related experience is required.
• 2+ years of BIM/VDC/design technology or engineering design experience with hands-on Revit and project-level coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities at the project level by setting up and maintaining models and supporting discipline collaboration.
• Participate in BIM strategy, kickoff, and coordination activities and support adherence to workflows and deliverables.
• Prepare clash-detection reports and track model coordination issues to maintain project progress.
• Troubleshoot routine Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related issues and provide user support.
• Coordinate project information across disciplines and communicate BIM requirements and status to stakeholders.
