Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in design technology, architecture, engineering, or equivalent related experience required.
• 5+ years of BIM, VDC, design technology, or engineering design experience with advanced Revit use and model coordination.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex BIM application, model, and collaboration issues.
• Ability to provide BIM training and technical guidance to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for complex projects by directing model setup and workflows; monitor model health and ensure compliance with BIM requirements.
• Create clash-detection reports, lead model-coordination meetings, and track resolution of complex issues across disciplines.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools; escalate as needed.
• Guide teams through BIM standards and workflows to improve consistency and project execution.
• Represent BIM coordination in project strategy, kickoff, and client meetings; communicate risks and actions to leadership.
