Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator to drive BIM adoption across the full data lifecycle, from preconstruction through turnover. The role requires hands-on BIM management, setup of BEP workflows, and coordination with design and MEP teams.

You will collaborate with global teams, travel to DMV job sites, and contribute to QA/QC of models, studies, and drawings while supporting proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the offered role.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering/mechanical engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project-level BIM coordination, including clash detection and meetings.
• Set up BIM project workflows (BEP, formats, nomenclature, data sharing).
• Lead initial BIM coordination sessions with design/MEP teams.
• Interact with stakeholders for BIM implementation and coordinate with global/offsite teams.
• Perform QA/QC of models and assist in scan-to-BIM processes.
• Travel to DMV area job sites as required.
• Support proposals, presentations, and project billings.
