Job summary

Power Design seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to oversee project coordination, acting as the main technical resource and client liaison for the BIM team. This senior role requires leadership and the ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight, while developing innovative BIM workflows to deliver the highest quality output.

Responsibilities include leading coordination meetings, producing deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and serving as the primary client-facing representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years BIM coordination experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection tools.
• Expertise in MEP systems and BIM project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of coordination for large-scale projects with clash-free, constructible models.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and resolve major design issues with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Produce high-level deliverables such as coordination sign-offs and as-built models.
• Use coordination data to drive decisions and optimization strategies.
• Serve as primary client-facing representative, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Assistants.
