Hansen Consulting Group LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the coordination, integration, and execution of BIM workflows on complex construction projects. You will work with engineering, design, construction, prefabrication, and QA/QC teams to ensure models are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

You will help bridge digital design and field execution, support constructability, clash resolution, and manage information throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and ACC.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and clash detection.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection, identify coordination conflicts, and facilitate resolution with design and construction teams.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BEPs, modeling standards, and coordination workflows.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, document issues, assign action items, and track resolutions through completion.
• Review models for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with prefabrication and construction teams to ensure models support fabrication, installation sequencing, and field execution.
• Maintain model organization, version control, and document management within the project's CDE.
• Support model-based quantity takeoffs, installation planning, and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate reality capture, field verification, and as-built information into BIM models.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, coordination milestones, and model quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline digital project workflows.
• Support project teams in utilizing BIM technologies to improve communication, reduce rework, and enhance construction quality.
