Power Design, Inc. seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to oversee project coordination, acting as the main technical resource and client liaison for the BIM team.

This senior role requires leadership and expertise to manage complex projects with minimal oversight while advancing core BIM services. Responsibilities include leading coordination, delivering high-quality outputs, mentoring staff, and maintaining company-wide BIM standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Industry certifications (CM-BIM, Revit) preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and clash tools.

Responsabilités

• Own coordination for large-scale, complex projects and ensure constructible, clash-free models.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and present updates to architects, engineers and contractors.
• Produce coordination sign-offs, as-built models, and data-driven reports.
• Use coordination data to drive decisions and optimization strategies.
• Serve as primary client-facing technical representative and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows; mentor BIM Coordinators and Assistants.
