Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a BIM Coordinator in the United States to support project delivery through BIM modeling, coordination, and design-technology support. You will implement BIM standards, address coordination issues, and help keep project information accurate and aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities include setting up models, performing clash detection, supporting coordination meetings, and troubleshooting Autodesk tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design tech, architecture, engineering.
• 2+ years in BIM/VDC or design tech with Revit and model coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
• Troubleshoot routine Autodesk applications and provide user support.
• Coordinate project information and communicate BIM requirements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities at project level: setup/maintain models and discipline collaboration.
• Support BIM strategy, kickoff, and coordination with project information and workflows.
• Prepare clash-detection reports and track model coordination issues.
• Troubleshoot Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD issues and provide user support.
• Coordinate documentation with engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
