Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in billing or AR, with construction and AIA billing experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. The role offers an hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general office work.
• Construction billing experience required and AIA billing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls; assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and rebills as required.
