Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Sr Billing Associate to join our shared services team in the United States. The role focuses on timely invoicing, data accuracy, and related governance to support our broad portfolio across multiple industries.

Responsibilities include handling invoices, responding to inquiries, processing adjustments, and maintaining records. Prior construction/AIA billing experience is required, with ERP software proficiency a plus.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Billing Associate to join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Assist with maintaining billing records and supporting documentation. Process credit memos, adjustments, and rebills as required
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Construction billing experience required
• AIA billing experience required
• 0–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general office/administrative work
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

The hourly pay range for this position is $30-37 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
