Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Credit to Cash Senior Operations Analyst to oversee day-to-day billing and contract administration activities across regions. You will coordinate with transactional managers and lead analysts, resolving complex issues and improving processes.

You’ll train staff, act as SME for billing configurations, and monitor unbilled receivables while aligning with regional finance and principals to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 2+ years in billing/contract management, or a HS diploma/GED with 5+ years in billing/contract management.
• Experience in professional services a plus; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Oracle Cloud or similar time/billing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing and contract administration direction and support to client-facing professionals and lead analyst.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues through coordination with stakeholders.
• Train staff on billing/contract policies and procedures.
• Serve as SME for billing configurations and processes.
• Lead billing and contract administration improvement projects.
• Monitor unbilled accounts receivable and follow up as needed.
• Mentor lead analysts and coordinate onsite support for locations.
