Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Services, you will monitor workloads, drive process improvements, train team members, and support revenue cycle objectives with a service-oriented approach to internal clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Billing team in a law firm.
• Proficient in Excel and billing software (Aderant, Prebill Viewer).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing team and ensure quality and timely invoicing.
• Oversee the billing process from prebill to posting and review.
• Resolve complex billing issues and liaise with attorneys and staff.
