Job summary

ActBlue is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Specialist to partner with the CFO and FP&A. You will own client billing, payments, and the full financial process cycle across sales products, supporting audits and bank reconciliations.

Your role includes crafting complex reports for leadership and driving process improvements with the finance team. You will lead initiatives on billing improvements, tax handling, and regulatory reporting, while mentoring peers and contributing to organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience with AR/AP and month end close.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Stripe preferred; strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client billing/invoicing and revenue validation processes.
• Manage accounts receivable aging and related reporting.
• Oversee payments, reconciliation with processors and banks.
• Assist month end close and regulatory reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and support FP&A with analytics.
