Qualifications

• Experience with Aderant and Prebill Viewer.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, and provide leadership to the Billing team, establishing controls for quality and integrity of billing processes.
• Monitor workload distribution and overtime, identifying efficiency improvements with the Director of Revenue Services.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of all billing functions for training, back-up, and support.
• Manage and oversee all Billing Department functions and ensure timely, accurate work within deadlines.
• Review billing progress and generate reports and analyses of billing statistics.
