Job summary

You will collaborate with the Controller and Accounting to enhance billing processes and support auditors, while supervising staff and guiding performance.

The role requires a strong background in accounting, 5+ years in legal billing/receivables, and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-billing and payment cycle workflow, including postings and corrections.
• Prepare monthly, semi-monthly and ad-hoc billing reports for clients.
• Ensure timely invoice submission based on established timelines.
• Create and distribute ad hoc operational and billing reports to management.
• Collaborate with Controller and Accounting to improve billing timeliness and accuracy.
• Support internal and external auditors as requested.
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff and provide feedback.
• Delegate assignments and participate in staff hiring decisions.
