Qualifications

• 5 years in billing/accounting with lead experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with high-volume accuracy.
• Experience with intermodal drayage, chassis and cross dock services.
• Proven ability to work with contracts and vendor data.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue customer invoices for drayage, storage, chassis and cross dock services.
• Audit billing against contracts and tariffs prior to invoicing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with carriers, clients and internal teams.
• Organize, manage, and maintain billing documents and records.
• Process AP and AR transactions and ensure data accuracy.
