Job summary

Korean IT Consulting Company is seeking an on-site Logistic Billing Analyst in Plano, TX for a 1-year contract. The role focuses on accounts payable, billing accuracy, and freight documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have A/P/invoicing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/P, invoicing, customer service or transportation/logistics related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines according to SDS Global SCL America policy.
• Manage, analyze and prepare correction forms for billing corrections in Access database.
• Review and discuss essential freight documentation supporting charges for payment (AP).
• Understand how billing functions affect P&L and perform related analysis.
• Audit carrier freight bills, interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Work with internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Investigate potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
• Support profit/loss management, planning, forecasting and related reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to SDS Global SCL America company policy for each division.
• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.
• Review and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment (AP).
• Use knowledge and possess understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Work with the internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job related duties as required.
• Profit/Loss management, planning, forecasting, inspection for revenue/cost/BS account and related reporting.
• All the tasks that directly or indirectly related to your job position and requested by company.
