Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Bilingual Loan Processor to deliver exceptional customer service by gathering documentation, underwriting support, and clear disclosures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and B, with proficiency in Encompass. This full-time role offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with borrowers and colleagues.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z and Regulation B and related documents.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble and order the loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and complete the loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approvals and Forms 1008/1003 and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with loan originator, borrower, and underwriter to obtain missing documentation.
• Review loans for compliance with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg B, and related regulations.
