Launch Potato is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and drive data-informed decisions.

The role targets a proactive analytical partner who ensures dashboards are adopted and actions are taken, not just created. Requires strong SQL, LookML, and BI tool expertise.

• Expert SQL & Comfortable with unstructured data; derive insights from raw data.
• Reporting ownership: standardize, drive adoption, and improve data literacy.
• Performance marketing optimization: link data to campaign performance and CAC.
• Advanced LookML Development (or Power BI/Tableau): design complex models with downstream impact awareness.
• Curiosity & business depth: ask questions to grow business knowledge and be a trusted analytical partner.
