Launch Potato is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead for Performance Marketing to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will work closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics with exposure to performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from data ingestion to dashboards and partnering with business teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, run retrospective analyses, and connect data to actions.
• Deliver a proactive analytical partnership, ensuring dashboards are used and understood, not just produced.
