Launch Potato is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to own reporting infrastructure powering decisions across credit cards, make money/manage money, banking, and marketplace verticals. You will collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure the work is used to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to derive insights from unstructured data.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
• Experience optimizing performance marketing metrics and CAC.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent in BI tools.
• Curiosity and ability to become trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams.
• Develop and standardize dashboards with clear data lineage.
• Move from dashboard delivery to actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure dashboards are adopted and used to guide decisions.
