Job summary

Launch Potato, a remote-first discovery and conversion company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead in Performance Marketing to own the reporting infrastructure across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

Embedded with the business from day one, you will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, and drive data-informed actions that optimize CAC and campaign

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured data.
• Ownership of reporting, adoption, and data literacy.
• Experience linking data to campaign performance and revenue drivers.
• Advanced LookML or equivalent in BI tools.
• Curiosity and business depth to become analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and retrospective analyses.
• Develop a roadmap to standardize dashboards across verticals and improve data consumption.
• Ensure insights are used, understood, and acted on, not just delivered dashboards.
• Grow into a proactive analytical partner who challenges the team with data-backed recommendations.
