Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• 5-7 years of experience with Epic applications and BI tools.
• Exposure to Epic Cogito Systems, project management, communications, and system utilization monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure performance and policy compliance.
• Provide on-going BI system support including upgrades, security changes, and license provisioning.
