Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a BI/Analytics Systems Administrator to configure, monitor, and maintain Epic Cogito and BI platforms in a remote office environment. The role emphasizes ensuring performance, security changes, and content governance across BI tools used in healthcare analytics.

You will mentor junior teammates, manage content lifecycles, and collaborate across time zones to advance analytics capabilities in a complex care setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools; exposure to healthcare IT environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and project monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers.
Monitor BI tools for performance; ensure policy-compliant content usage.
Provide BI/reporting system support, upgrades, security changes, and on-call help.
Document tasks with industry-standard practices; mentor junior teammates.
Stay informed on EHR workflows and BI technology trends.
