Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure optimal performance and policy adherence.
• Provide training and job aids for BI/reporting tools; manage upgrades.
• Support BI/reporting systems including maintenance, security changes, and go-lives.
• Apply security changes and manage access per policy; consolidate configurations.
• Audit analytics content lifecycle and retire content per processes.
• Document tasks with industry standards; manage projects with appropriate tools.
• Stay informed on healthcare IT trends; mentor junior staff.
