Navitus is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to craft data models and reporting solutions. The role requires strong analytics, data governance, and communication with executives to enable informed Medicaid program decisions.

You will work across BI tools like QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, SAS and Power BI, with SQL, Python or R for data preparation. Join a fast-growing team delivering trusted insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent
• Five+ years with BA/BS or three+ years with Master’s in analytics, data modeling or BI preferred
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or similar; SQL/Python/R preferred

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting applications using BI tools
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes
• Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources
• Adapt to evolving analytics needs in a high-growth org
• Ensure data integrity through validation and governance
• Lead analytics discussions with stakeholders and audits
• Mentor teammates and SME for analytics
• Collaborate with internal and state stakeholders
