Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Developer in Business Intelligence to drive data-driven insights for executives and state Medicaid programs. The role blends data modeling, analytics, and storytelling with BI tools.

You will build and maintain reporting applications, validate data, and mentor teammates while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics in a fast-growing environment. This position offers remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in analytics, CS, or related field; strong analytical background.
• Minimum 5 years of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience; master’s reduces required years.

Responsibilities

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting apps.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple sources.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a fast-growth org.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and opportunities.
• Serve as analytics SME for audits and stakeholder inquiries.
• Lead meetings with internal and external/state stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates in BI practices.
