Qualifications

• BA/BS in analytics, CS, information systems, math or equivalent with experience
• 5+ years in analytics, data modeling, or BI preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI) and SQL languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Build data models and reporting solutions using BI tools
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
• Adapt to changing reporting needs and new BI tools in a fast-growing org
• Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and drive improvements
• Serve as analytics SME for audits and stakeholder inquiries
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and mentor teammates
