Navitus is expanding our team by adding a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence. This role blends theory and practice to deliver data-driven insights to managers, stakeholders, and Medicaid program executives, enabling informed decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics/BI, strong SQL, and hands-on experience with Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS or Power BI. You will model data, validate data integrity, and mentor teammates across teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of analytics/BI experience or 3+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Identify dependencies and impacts of reporting changes.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from various sources.
• Maintain data integrity and support state audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and mentor teammates.
