Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to design and deliver data-driven reporting for Medicaid stakeholders. You will build data models, dashboards, and analytics to support executives and state audits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics or BI, strong SQL, and hands-on experience with Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, or Power BI, plus data visualization and data integrity expertise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent combined education and experience preferred
• At least five years of experience with BA/BS or three years with master's degree in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence is preferred
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software; SQL/Python/R knowledge preferred
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting apps using BI tools (QlikView/QLikSense, SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer).
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes.
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
• Adapt to changing reporting needs and new BI tools.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes.
• Serve as analytics contact for audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and act as SME.
• Other duties as assigned.
