Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is expanding its BI leadership with a Senior Developer, Business Intelligence role. You’ll build analytics data models, validate data quality, and transform raw data into actionable insights for executives and state Medicaid stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics/BI, strong SQL and BI tool experience (Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI), and excellent communication to drive data-driven decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in analytics, data modeling, or BI
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Strong data validation and data integrity focus
• Collaborates across departments and with auditors

Responsibilities

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts
• ETL data from multiple sources
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and SME support
• Mentor teammates and support state audits and inquiries
• Ensure data quality and reliability in analytics processes
• Drive improvements in analytics workflows
