Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence in Lincoln, NE to deliver data-driven insights for managers and executives. The role focuses on analytics, data modeling, and BI tool implementation in a high-growth environment.

You will work with Tableau, Qlik, SAS, and SQL to create reporting applications, validate data, and mentor team members while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in analytics, computer science, information systems, mathematics, or equivalent education/experience.
• Five+ years of BA/BS analytics or three years with a master's in analytics/BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting applications using BI tools.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability through ongoing validation.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and improvements.
• Serve as analytics SME for audits and inquiries; lead stakeholder meetings.
• Mentor teammates and support business areas.
