Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer, Business Intelligence to join our team. The role focuses on turning data into insights for managers, executives, and state Medicaid program stakeholders, requiring strong analytics, data modeling, and communication skills.

You will work with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, and Power BI, and leverage SQL/Python/R for data manipulation. This remote role supports national operations and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in analytics, data modeling, or BI preferred.
• 5+ years of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience; or 3+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software required; knowledge of SQL/Python/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from multiple sources.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and support audits.
• Attend and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and SMEs.
