Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to design and implement data-driven insights for executives and program managers. The role combines theory and hands-on practice to create reliable reporting models and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BI platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, and strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and auditors. This is a high-impact, growth-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics/data modeling/BI experience preferred (3+ years with Master’s).
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or similar tools; SQL/Python/R preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives and adhere to policies.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes.
• ETL data from various sources (ETL/ELT).
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Lead analytics discussions with state audits and legislative inquiries.
• Mentor teammates and serve as SME for analytics topics.
• Drive data quality and integrity across datasets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
