Navitus is hiring a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence in Missouri.

You will apply your BI expertise to design data models and reporting applications, working with QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, and SQL tools to deliver actionable insights for managers and stakeholders. The role requires strong analytics, communication skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while navigating audits and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, CS, information systems, math or stats or equivalent experience.
• Five years BA/BS analytics or three years with master's preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI) required; SQL/Python/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes.
• ETL data from various sources (ETL/ELT).
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Ensure data validation and integrity for analytics.
