Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to turn complex data into actionable insights for state Medicaid programs and executive stakeholders. You will design data models, build reporting solutions, and lead validation activities in a fast‑growing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics or 3+ with a master's, hands‑on BI tool experience, and strong communication skills to mentor teammates and coordinate with state stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics or statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in analytics, data modeling or BI; 3+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization is required; SQL/Python/R preferred.
• Experience collaborating across teams and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting apps using BI tools.
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts.
• ETL data from diverse sources.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and new BI tools.
• Lead data validation to ensure integrity and reliability.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes.
• Serve as analytics SME for audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders; mentor teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
