Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer, Business Intelligence to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings expert-level analytics, data modeling, and BI tooling to deliver reporting solutions for managers, stakeholders, and executives in our state Medicaid program.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring while adapting to evolving BI tools in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent.
• Five years with BA/BS or three years with master's in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI; SQL/Python/R familiarity.
• Adhere to compliance program objectives.
• Collaborate respectfully with others.

Responsabilités

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from various sources.
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and improvements.
• Serve as analytics point of contact for audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and state partners.
• Mentor teammates and SME guidance.
• Other duties as assigned.
