Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to leverage data assets and drive informed decision-making for executives and state Medicaid programs. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, communication, and rapid learning across BI platforms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent education and experience
• Five years BA/BS analytics or three years with master's in analytics, data modeling or BI preferred
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software; SQL, Python or R preferred

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting applications
• Extract, Transform and Load data from various data sources
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a high-growth organization
• Ensure data integrity and reliability through data validation
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and improve research
• Serve as analytics contact for audits and legislative inquiries
• Lead meetings with internal and state stakeholders
• Mentor teammates and SMEs
• Other duties as assigned
