Job summary

Great American Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead analytics delivery, drive modern tooling adoption, and scale capabilities in a growing wholesale E&S insurance business. You will own core reporting domains, use advanced SQL in Snowflake, and guide data-driven decision making across complex portfolios.

As a technical leader, you’ll partner with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and contribute to governance and AI-assisted analytics initiatives while working

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree or professional license/certification a plus.
• Field of Study: Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, CS, or related quantitative discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of data from diverse sources to drive strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity with validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Partner with stakeholders to frame questions, clarify reporting requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to management with clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with IT Data Mart teams to align logic, definitions, and reporting with enterprise standards.
• Design and maintain semantic models, business logic, and metrics for trusted reporting.
