Job summary

Great American Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead analytics delivery, owning core reporting domains and advancing BI capabilities. You will work with Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools to enable data-driven decisions across a complex commercial portfolio.

On-site four days a week in Cincinnati with one remote day, you will partner with stakeholders, maintain data models, and promote best practices in analytics, governance, and AI-assisted solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree or professional license/certification a plus.
• Seven or more years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or related field; insurance or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and interprets large, complex data from diverse sources to drive strategic initiatives.
• Ensures data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
• Partners with stakeholders to frame questions, clarify requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
• Presents findings and recommendations to management in a clear, compelling way.
• Designs semantic models, metrics, and business logic for trusted reporting and AI-assisted BI capabilities.
• Maintains process documentation and supports governance and reuse.
