Great American Risk Solutions (GARS) Analytics Team seeks an Analytics Manager to oversee analytics delivery, guide team execution, and help scale capabilities as demand grows. This on-site role emphasizes ownership of analytics work, prioritization, and quality across reporting domains.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical judgment, business-focused mindset, and a passion for developing others, with four days in the office and one remote day as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, reporting, or business intelligence experience.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts.
• Insurance/financial services experience a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL-based analytics, Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily data team operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead analytics delivery across reporting initiatives for strategic objectives.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and validations.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and BI solutions for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a team of three analysts.
